It’s tomato peak for my garden. I love home-grown, heirloom tomatoes. Here’s what I did today with some cherry tomatoes.
Here’s a freebie reminder: Go to your local farmer’s market and find some fresh, home-grown ingredients!

That’s a good idea. I will have a bunch of cherry tomatoes soon. What did you put on them if anything?

Our cherry tomatoes are coming faster than we can eat 'em. Bumper crop of tomatoes, cayenne and banana peppers too. We eat the cherry tomatoes like candy...... Cool idea on the skewers!

Sweet! I have a bunch of "power Pops" growing right now!
They have SO much more flavor than store bought!
-
So did you have a plan for them or just eat em up as stewed tomatoes?
-
SmokeFreak, we ate them with burgers. Delish.

Thanks for the inspiration! Today was the first day I have had several ripe cherry tomatoes. Also added some jalapeños.
