Title: Genesis wings

I’ve made wings three times now on the genesis and it makes some damn great wings. Half were traditional buffalo and half were a homemade peach habanero sauce.

I’ll set the burners to medium and it gives a nice mild direct heat that is perfect for wings. A couple minor flare ups but you will have that on gas.

peach habanero sounds so good !! I have both from the garden and my tree, time to make some homemade sauce

Need to try that!  Looks grate.  Good, quick alternative to charcoal in a pinch.
