Hey all!
So far I’ve:
- added Unknown lid hinges
- a second thermometer by lavalock
- felt gasket seal by lava lock
- vent cool touch damper handle
- Got my slow n sear 2.0
I really need a new rubber foot for the front leg. Mine gave out and it hasn’t even been 5 months.
Also thinking about getting a new grate? Maybe the 50/50 griddle / grill combo?

You need to add a second charcoal rack running the opposite direction for when you don't use the slow n sear and add a second rack/shelf for veggies or more meat. When you are feelin baller then add a billows or another fan controller and you should build a table

Great mods! For the front leg piece, I use a cork from a champagne bottle. Just shave off the excess and it should fit right inside the tube.

Great job!

Build a table. Here’s what I did for my 26.

My vote would be some form of side table. Personal choice would be to find one of the old Weber #1800 Sidekick wooden tables. There's a guy selling a new one on eBay for $69.99 right now - I'd be all over that. Other options are the BBQ Dragon table for even less $$$ or possibly the Stanbroil stainless table for a bit more.
