Title: Marinated Flatiron

It was a 2.5 lb flatiron.  I used 1.5 cup of Moore's marinade and .5 cup Lowry's Italian Marinade.  Marinated about 3 hrs.  Reverse seared to temp at 135 degrees.  Came out fantastic.
