Title: Rotisserie!

Used my Father's Day gift for the first time tonight. Wow. Super juicy and tender chicken. Beginning, middle, and end of cook pics. Not sure why pics are rotating when I post them. Sorry.

Looks awesome. Excellent color. I just got a roti. Question- do you have the lid on or off during the cook?

I have the spacer, now I need the bar. That looks really good.

Ha! My bad. Of course the pics rotated. Lid on for the whole cook.
