Looks good. I have yet to make meatballs on the grill. Need to try that soon.

I cooked the balls to about 140. Mixed with a jar sauce. Hit it with Parmesan then mozzarella and cooked 15 more minutes until the balls were to 160. I cheated and used the broiler on low to fully brown the cheese. My Meijer sells prepared raw meatballs, so that saves time. 24 small ones fit perfect in a #8 skillet.
