Title: My first brown!

So I was trawling through Facebook marketplace yesterday looking for an old cast iron wood stove and somehow stumbled across an ad for a free old Weber.

Took a quick look at the ad and it was posted only 2 minutes prior and only about 35 minutes from my house. The pics on the listing were below average quality so I wasn’t too sure what I was to expect but this is what I found when I went around to pick it up.

Barely used H code with fairly decent handles and minimal enamel damage. Considering this grill is 11 years older than me I am pretty amazed! The owner said it had been undercover for most of its life and was happy to hand it over free as long as I was going to make use of it. I’ll need to give it a good clean and then I’ll give it a test run!
