Title: A Little Wok In The Back Yard
Post by: dazzo on May 11, 2020, 08:07:58 PM
My version of pancit.

Last time I did this I used the Weber 24” wok on the Granite Performer. But it’s just my Wife and I so I used the CI wok in the modified GBS on the copper E330.

Been a while, but it was still fun, and still pretty good too. Thanks for looking.

I love your outdoor kitchen setup. Looks like a fun place to hang out and kick out some good eats like that.

I really really love that countertop with side burner mod.  I’ll take a large serving of that pancit while I’m admiring your cooking area.

I need to finish my side burner tables. My neighbor was getting g rid of a piece of granite that fit my genesis frame pretty good. And I have a live edge board for another one I was working on.

Yours looks better, and I like the cabinets underneath. I have a platinum, but the bottom is trash.
