Title: Chicken Quarters
Post by: brad9778 on April 06, 2020, 09:20:15 AM
Set up the kettle for indirect and douse the quarters well with some Trader Joe's seasoning. Kept the grill around 325 for an hour then flipped skin side down for a other 30 minutes or so. Turned out perfect.

Those look much better than the ones I did recently.  Mine were extremely brown looking - maybe too much smoke and were a bit dry.  Next ones I'll try your temp/time/flip example.  Looks amazing!

They look perfect! Never picked up Trader Joe's seasoning before--might have to try that...
