Hey all, I'm going to be grilling up some beef flat iron steak tonight.  Any suggestions on seasoning, method, Etc.?

Crack a beer[emoji481], reverse sear[emoji91], take pictures[emoji991]  and share with us.[emoji2369]

Late to the party but I'm privy to kosher salt and Lawry's garlic or seasoned pepper a couple hours before the cook. Reverse sear method works!

Flat irons are typically thin so hot and fast grilling to 125 degrees. Reverse sear is better for thicker steaks imo. Can’t go wrong with SPG . I use Killer Hogs Ap and hot rub on beef a lot. KH  Ap is a jazzed up SPG.
