Well, I broke down and ordered a new gasser today. I gave my Spirit E-210 to my in-laws a couple years ago with the intent to go charcoal only but with my wife and I eating healthier (very little pork, very little beef) I decided it was time to bring the convenience factor back to make weeknight chicken and fish a little more exciting. So sometime in the next week a Genesis E-435 will be joining the kettles and WSM on the back porch. I'm looking forward to having a gasser outside of my little Marlboro Go Anywhere.
So my question is what accessories and upgrades would y'all recommend? I grabbed some grillgrates and the griddle to replace a third of the grates from the get go and I know I want the rotisserie but are there any rotisserie accessories or anything else y'all like?
