Title: Lavalock WSM Door Mod Question
Post by: bamakettles on February 14, 2020, 10:36:40 AM
Question for all you WSM pros......Got a used WSM 22.5 a couple weeks ago and I'm doing some mods to it.  I've ordered and received the Lavalock replacement steel door with hinges/latch and I'm ready to install it.  It does not come painted and I of course want to paint it.  I bought high temp primer and engine paint that should do fine for the outside.  My question is should I paint the inside or leave it bare metal?  I don't want it to rust, but I also don't want anything toxic on the inside of the grill.  Anyone have any experience or opinions on this?

Here's a link to the part:

Thanks in advance......

Figured it out, not painting the inside.
