Title: First swing at ribs on tiny WSM. 3,2,1

Had to cut them in half, obviously, but I'm kinda excited to see how this goes.

My only other experience with ribs was in the oven, and a couple of failed attempts using WSJ and having no idea what I was doing. Now I'm using a plan, and even though I think I've got enough experience now to *maybe* pull it off in that tiny kettle, (or one of the bigger ones) think I'll save the frustration and use the WSM.[emoji38]

It's my day off and these are just for me, so I've got nothing but time, smoke, and beer.

Good luck man. Nothing like good ol rib or two. Just time and experience...with little, YouTube, you’ll be a pro...then popular. Can we get a follow up report, maybe a pic or two?

Came out great! Chased the temps only a very little bit. Wrapped them in beer, mustard seeds, smoked/crushed Thai chiles, celery seeds, minced garlic, dash of Worcestershire sauce and Badia Chipotle mild sauce.

Sauced with Stubb's spicy mixed with Pain is Good Chipotle hot sauce.

I'm a happy guy tonight.
