Alrighty, my favourite day of the year. Weather is warming up, daylight hours getting longer, magpies are swooping.... and the biggest day of the motor racing calendar!!!!!
Bathurst 1000
So a leg of lamb on the performer covered with this tree bark I picked up at MEATSTOCK earlier this year.
No doubt a few [emoji482], good company and who knows maybe a Mustang could win the day...!

End result was awesome:::::
Lamb took a second stage to my other halves lemon asparagus mash.....
Lamb was cooked perfect,
The race played out and the Mountain decided its winner..... Great Sunday!!!
Another run on the board for Bathurst!!!
