Title: GGA Consignment Shop Find
Post by: 56MPG on September 28, 2019, 01:38:48 PM
Same place my wife found her blue 22.5. Picked this up for $8.00 this morning. Fired right up.

My first GGA. I'll bring this to the Mid Atlantic OktoWeberfest - perfect for grilled beets with walnuts and goat cheese.

Hey @Walchit are you still looking for Marlboro handles? This one has 'em. Got any to trade? These need some finish to bring back the logos - they are a little faded.

Actually @SteveMBH sent me a set.
But I do like refinishing old handles. Idk what I have to trade though.

That's cool. Maybe I'll sand these down a bit and see what's left, maybe go with ebony-stained "blanks".

If the indentation of the writing is still on there, you can fill it in with sharpie, then sand, then touch up with sharpie again. Ebony would be cool though.
