Title: From Texas / New to Weber Grills
Post by: rflores99 on September 22, 2019, 05:07:52 PM
Hello everyone. I’m from South Texas.  I like to grill every once in a while for my family at home. A few months ago I took the time to read and watch videos on Weber grills and smokers. I’m very impressed with what these kettle grills and smokers can do. I plan to pull the trigger and buy me the kettle master touch 22” and hopefully follow with the 26”. I really like the performer grill but right now don’t have a concrete patio in the back to use it on. I think the two small wheels on the performer would be hard to roll on the ground.
I’m hoping to spend the time to really get serious and learn how to grill like a pro using the Weber kettle grills.
On a side note is anyone interested in selling their slow n sear “XL” for the 26”? Let me know.
Thank you and I’m glad to be part of the WKC family.   :)

Welcome from Plainfield Indiana [emoji243][emoji1303][emoji239].  The master touch is a very capable cooker.   The 26 will be perfect for your Texas brisket.

Welcome from Richmond. I don’t think there is anything you can’t do on a Weber!

Welcome from Kansas

I have gravel where I grill, you just gotta pick up the caster end of your performer and wheel it wherever you want.
