Title: Long time since making pizza

Busted out the KP a couple days ago. Haven't used it in a long time and still can't find my baking steel for it...looked again today. Actually haven't made pizza's in  my wood oven either for quite a while. This was a last minute thought so had to buy dough from the grocery store instead of making my own. Little rusty on my pizza making skills.

Making pizza tonight! I don’t have a pizza kettle but I do have a pizza oven.

Nice pie @MagnoliaTom. What pizza oven do you have? I have a PartyPizza oven but try not to use it when its dry around here since I live in a small forest and don't want to start a forest fire.

Thanks! I have an Ardore oven by pizza party. Got it before the huge price increase. It’s a great little oven

I saw that the price for the the Ardore increased. I was going to get it last year and had the discount code but didn't have the funds at the time. I might just get the gas/wood Passione to build in to my outdoor kitchen when I get to that project  8) Right now I have a 70x70...it's the green one shown on the PizzaParty website.

If I ever get to build an outdoor kitchen, a passione would be my choice too. The Ardore is great but only for small pizzas. Wood love a wood burning oven.

I would have ate a slice and done the best cannonball you've ever seen!
Even if that is a goldfish pond
