It was time to replace the flavor bars in my wife's Spirit E-210 so I thought I would try the stainless steel ones sold by RC Planer. I purchased them through his Ebay store. They were $45 with free delivery. These things are twice the thickness and weight of Webers porcelain coated flavor bars. They should last much longer.

In addition to flavor bars, he also makes cooking grates and burner tubes for just about any Weber gas grill. Here is a link to his Ebay store:

Mrs. Cellar2ful uses it mainly to cook our vegetables. She broke it in yesterday cooking ears of white corn and tonight it was grilled Patty Pan zucchini.

Dave Santana is aka rcplanebuyer. I can't recommend his products highly enough.
Great stuff. However, I would encourage anyone looking to buy his products thru his craigslist ad

as you can normally save a few $$ off of the ebay prices.
