Hi,

I am trying to upload 2 x 2.5M png files. I keep getting

An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

The info on the attach option says total size of 10M and each file not more than 3M. Why doesn't this work?

i tested it and it worked ok for me just now

I strictly use the app on my phone and it’s super easy. I don’t remember my password so I can’t use my desktop anymore lol

Thanks. I'm kinda backwards tech-wise. It's a pain for me to post pics but I need to. I'll update the thread again one way or another.
