Title: Recipe for thin crust pizza dough?
Post by: GermanTex on May 22, 2019, 01:27:14 PM
I tried pizza twice to far on the kettle. I am still learning on the do's and don'ts. However I have not figured out yet how to make a good thin crust pizza dough. I like mine really thin. Anyone has a great recipe? Thx

I just saw this.... If you are still looking for a dough recipe, this is what I started using and it makes a world of difference!!  https://maybepizza.com/calc/
I've been experimenting trying to get the right hydration.  Start with 64% and adjust to your liking.

What kind of “thin” crust? Neapolitan, cracker crust, etc.

I make Neapolitan style all the time
