Title: 26 westerner in a bad shape
Post by: webersalzburg on December 09, 2018, 12:56:29 AM
I both this icon this summer in New York
And shipped it to Florida and shipped it from there to Holland.
It’s still in a container and my mum has to pick it up and brings it to Salzburg.

It’s in a bad shape and I need to do a lot of restoration.
The lid is in a good shape but the legs and bottom are scaring.
The fotos are from nyc and Florida I don’t have any recent fotos yet

The foto of my with 22s are witch I’m dreaming of[emoji41][emoji23][emoji106]

I can't wait to see restoration pictures!  No matter what condition it is in, that is still a rare grill!  Congratulations!

A lot of welding was needed to get him back on his feed.
And because the metal is old , welding it makes it really difficult.
I got the original leg out again an the screws to work again, same with the weels.
I made them black again but left the faded withe wall like it is.
Thanks to member Bertl , I got a new fantastic ash pan !  That always looks amazing on the old kettles.
