Cool thread! I wait till playoffs and for the games we gather with friends I'll attempt to cook something for those countries' cuisine and sometimes a fusion if it goes.

Made ABTs, chicken wings, and steak sandwiches on Saturday for the Croatia v Russia match.

Is that a hover grill grate or just an additional standard grate leaning on the tabs?

What's the griddle plate?

Gonna make some Croatian food on Sunday. I'm thinking some cevapi, some raznjici and other stuff.
