Anyone use one with no kettle mods? (Cut lid, kp, pizzaque ext.) Were you able to get temps high enough to do the 5 min pizzas like with the attachments?

Use mine all the time. No mods, no fancy expensive gadgets. Works great. Works so good, I bought a second one. My 13y/o loves pizza parties!

2 lit chimneys spread evenly across grate (I thin out the charcoal layer directly under the stone). Vents open 100%. 10" pizza will take about 6-8 minutes.
