My cousin is going to start a new pizza place. I am very happy for him. He has finally decided to start something which he loves. He has always chosen his family over his passion. He is from a lawyers family. So obviously, his father wanted him to carry on his legacy. He is a lawyer by profession and very talented too… But, it has always been his dream to be a chef.
The place looks great. The interior is really fantastic. It has got this funky look but yet classy. Everyone’s loving it. He has got great people working for him. The kitchen is spacious and organized. The ovens are great. He bought it from someplace near his place where there were  pizza ovens for sale (https://www.faema.ca/pizza-equipment-s/1899.htm). Everything’s great….
Is there anything that he needs to take care of before opening?? He was thinking of opening it by the end of next week… Any suggestion guys..???
