Ducky is yummy !
Don’t forget under in the drip tray.. potatoes, carrots, onions and sweet potatoes cooked in duck drippings is the best!

Thighs and legs are great. Wing? Not so much because duck have a very small bony wings.

That looks good!  How long did your duck take?  The one I did a little while ago came up fast, maybe about 45 minutes or so.

Just lost the duck race by 30 minutes. Got a call from the wife that i need to pick up my daughter in school. Got home  on time but totally forgot about the duck.  By the time i got to it, it was already overcooked and dried out. Oh well at least it was tasty.

Back when I had my 22” WSM I did a duck with the same drip pan potatoes and carrots. It was not hung but just on the rack.
