Post by: Heyjude on June 24, 2012, 08:45:51 PM
I'm looking for a drip pan that I can use over and over.
Anyone found soemthing they like? Whats the best size for one?

I just use straight tin foil, but I have been wanting to make a perfect fit half round pan that I could just line with foil. For off the shelf I would just take a measurement and buy whichever aluminum one is closest and line it with tinfoil. They sell tons of different sizes at baking supply and restuarant equipment stores. Just stay away from coated ones.

I found some SS pans on Amazon... One of those may work.

A cheap baking pan would be my choice.
