Title: Whole chickens to pull.
Post by: thicks12 on June 04, 2017, 02:14:07 PM
Decided to cook a couple of chickens for pulled chicken sandwiches. Also wanted to try the Smoke out. Looks good. How did you like the smoke?

It was good. I've never used a wireless thermometer before, but this is definitely a great tool.

While I was at, made some garlic butter shrimp. Possibly the best shrimp I've ever had. I used Malcolm Reed's method, and all I can say is wow.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170604/5ae2969dfbf2d1bb3aef137e44d48e54.jpg)
