Title: Ribeye on Smokey Joe
Post by: tb80 on April 18, 2013, 06:51:50 PM
I have been using my smokey joe only as part of my mini wsm. I decided to try using it to grill a ribeye tonight. Turned out really well. It is the perfect size when cooking for just me and/or the wife. Below are some pics. Sorry for the cruddy cell phone pics.
