Here are some pictures from last weekend using my KP for the first time. They turned out pretty good and I was glad that at least I didn't burn them so they were not eatable. I used my Slow N Sear to put the charcoal and wood in and that worked out pretty well. The temps stayed over 600 for over 30 minutes.

Great first cook. If you didn't totally ruin a pizza to the point of it not being edible you did well!

I probably should have cooked the second one a little bit longer but it was good anyway. I'm probably going to order the baking steel to try out as well.
