Dough was out of Weber's Big Book of Grilling. Still need some practice with the Pizzakettle but had to post it for the birthday bash.

@WNC I did a "C" with the opening in the front and threw a couple of big pieces of Hickory on it. I didn't want to bank the coals and I think I had it too close to the stone which caused the crust to be burn before the cheese was all melted.

Very nice!!!! I made George some pizza yesterday too! Had my red that dark making pizzas too!!! Love the color change especially with super high heat pizza cooks!
