Oldest son came to visit for the first time all summer and requested his favorite - He's gone a little crunchy at his Liberal Arts Uni so he asked for whole wheat crust - not my thing but whatever...
Basic San Marzano sauce with garlic, sliced mozza, basil and pancetta. Not an authentic Margharetta but I just don't feel right without some kind of meat on a pizza. 2/3 of a chimney indirect, then spun over the direct heat for 45 seconds or so to finish the bottom.
