What this guy really needs is a hack for obviously not having charcoal baskets!!!!

Well, the problems with that are many (lighter fluid, cheap chinese knockoff grill, unappetizing looking frozen pizza) but the muffin tin trick is pretty similar to the empty charcoal baskets trick I read about here, which substantially improved my pizzas before I got the kettlepizza. So something useful shared, at least?

I was sure there was going to be lighter fluid, got excited when it appeared, but was happy it was lighter gel.  I got some for lighting my pellet smoking tube, and have since started using it to gte chimneys going.  No smell, in fact less smell that weber lighter cubes with nothing at all left over.  My stuff is alochol gel and it mwas a game changer for lighting pellets for cold smoking cheese!

I use Purel for that. It's 70% alcohol and works like a charm.
