Title: Shout Out for Bob at Rib-o-lator

I bought a used Performer yesterday and it came with a rib-o-lator that had been only used once. Well, I was excited to have it so I brought it home and the screws were stripped out. I couldn't get it tight on the spit rod. Well, I emailed Bob at the company and told him the deal, also was up front that I bought it used. He said they'd had some problems with the style that I had and he said he'd send me the two end pieces no charge. True to his word, I just got the confirmation from the USPS that it was on its way.

Bob's  a class act all the way!!

He has a good rep and is keeping it. He stands by his products.

I agree Bob is a top bloke
I dealt with him last year when he sent a couple of ribolators over for golly and myself
And anyone who can design an accessory like that is a GENIUS in my book
