Title: User location tag?

Not sure about everyone else, but other forums I belong to have that little feature. Never realized how much I glance at that to see where the poster is from until it's not there. I filled out the Custom Title with mine, but would like to see something of the nature for all users. Just my $.02

It's not a bad idea.....but it's a personal choice deal.....................making these folks do it would be like herding jello thru quicksand...... ::)

There......I fixeded mine.....but now I'm jealous 'cause I can't figure out how to get it to display above the avatar like yours....................

Post by: HankB on February 23, 2013, 05:44:05 PM: Mine does not show up either above or below my avatar. I can see it if I click on my name to see my profile. Must be another setting somewhere.

Edit: I put my location in the "Personal Text" field and it now shows up below my avatar.

If you live near Seattle, just PNW would work. Hell, I don't even know who is in the US verses down under. :o

For those looking to add that little nugget of information...

Click on Profile > Modify Profile > Forum Profile

Personal Text will show up below the avatar & below your post count
Location ~~doesn't show up except in your profile~~ Now shows up :D
Custom Title shows up above the avatar/below your user name. (mine says ~~Northern VA~~ Chad B)

I have a question . Why are some of the members names in different colors at the bottom of the page where it says whose logged on?
I'm not bothered, its not like I have color envy or anything I just wondered

Well there you go, I didn't know that about the colors. I know if you've buddie'd someone they show up bold.
