Title: Reversed seared pork chops
Post by: 1911Ron on July 16, 2012, 10:17:58 AM
I read on another forum on how to reverse sear pork chops (among other meats) and thought why not? So i fired up my grill using my charcoal baskets both on the same side and opposite the top vent (coals on right vent on left as you look at it) cooked to about 130 and then put over the coals to sear flipping once. They were so good, we may have to try them again :)
