I did a slab of beef ribs today. Here they are rubbed with Mansmiths and bathed in pecan smoke.

I also did a bloomi'n onion and biscuits. The bloomi'n onion is a new favorite around here.

Here's the plated shot. That's Sarayo sauce on the onion (it killed it!). I also made these baked beans on the grill.
