Title: Fresh King Salmon for Larry

Well, since you didn't get any fish I thought I would share a plate with you Larry. ;)

Here's some fresh caught local king salmon.

Rubbed with Wolfe Rub Citrus and then seared. I used a little manzanita for smoke. There's nothing else like it with salmon.

Plated with a splash of Uncle Pauls marinade, "Gus" and G-Bread.

The thing I love most about that plate is you left the skin on the fish!  In my opinion, you HAVE to cook fish with the skin on!  Very nice Dook!!
