Title: Korean BBQ Drumstick Tuesday
Post by: Craig on January 15, 2013, 06:34:25 PM
Nothing fancy, but I had a hankering for some drumsticks for dinner tonight. I decided to try something different, I cheated and used Guy Fieri Korean BBQ wing sauce. I put the wings on indirect heat for 45 minutes, then basted them in the wing sauce, and let them cook another 15 minutes, then a final 2 minutes on direct heat.

Tender and Juicy!

Weeknight cook, so they were served with steamed sticky rice and green beans. Big hit with my biggest food critic, my 9 year old daughter.

Looking very nice Craig! How was the wing sauce?

It was good, not too much kick making it a more "kid friendly" sauce without sacrificing the flavor.

Nice looking drummies Craig! I buy them now and then when I see them on sale. I like trying new rubs and marinades out on them because you can't beat the price.
