Title: Mystery Loaf, Mashers and Sides

I made a basic meatloaf last night in the 26'r.

Look at all that water! Next time I will use a pan with drain holes. :-[

Giving the carrots some color, but the fire was nearly out.

Dinner is served! Check out that smoke ring! We made a brown gravy to go with the garlic mashed potatos. Lotsa lefties for today. :)

Mystery loaf... LOVE IT! Smoked meatloaf is a favorite here, I usually make two or three so the wife and son can bring slices to work & school.
