Title: A few recent cooks

Brats!

After I seared these well I dropped them in that bath tub to finish up.

Brined leg with bite through skin. I made six of these, and rubbed them with Wolfe Rub original. I used mesquite for smoke.

Brined beef ribs. These were cut the opposite way. I used red oak on these.

I would have the Al Pastor, 'bless' the chicken and beef!  :D  Beautiful food Dude, I mean Duke!   :)
