I'm trying. Just pm'ed Buckie if he could get it for me. The seller agreed at $60. This is the closest I can get. Until I get my real yellow.
-
got you covered......just tell the seller I'll get it per PM instructions & see you soon !!!

Thanks bud.

Sweet! Good job grillfellas!

Sweet grab, for $60 cannot beat that with a stick for even just a plain black 22 OT with catcher

In the truck............. 8)
It's missing a hubcap.....this seems to be a theme with Alvin.......whitewalls are kinda broke & goofy, grates are rusty.....new style ash sweeps in good shape.......it's a little 'foggy' (faded) from sitting outside..........
BUT, everything else is REALLY NICE !!!!!!! NO CHIPS !!!!!!
mods....this can stay in this forum now........ ;D

Got a few pics of Alvin's Homer Simpson......
Next to the other Yellow (One on rightis not a real Screamin' brite Yellow, at least not yet, may be different after polish by a bit)

A little faded from the sun, but there's no chips anywhere (YEA!!!!!)

The only strange thing is the rim of the bowl......coating is all crusty (the Clown).....I'm cleaning carefully on all the pieces I know how, this I'm kinda leaving be.....the rest of the surface is essentially flawless...............

Looks in great shape.... What grate came with it? Hinged or non hinged?
-
Wow excellent job Buckie. It's not a foggy faded yellow anymore. I can't thank you enough. She looks beautiful.

Yeah, the outside of the kettle was just dusty.....maybe just a little faded......you can see there was some few spots & stains.....
The sweeps are heavy "H" style, most likely the stainless, but compounded together......I may try to carefully pull them & clean up better....are these usually "H" style?
It doesn't look like anything was moved since it was put together...............
The grate was flip-up @Hogsy.......but rusty.....
