Slow cooked St. Louis Ribs along with Cuban Style Corn..

Seasoned with Wild Cherry Chipotle Rub and ready for the grill

The ribs after 3 hrs @ 175-200 and the corn just put on

Ready to wrap in foil with apple juice, butter and honey

after an hour in foil @ 175-200

Thanks!! It's mayonnaise, ancho chili powder, lime juice, mined garlic & kosher salt to taste. It is also sprinkled with cotija cheese. I wish I could call it mine but It's a Bobby Flay recipe.
