Not bad for a first! What did you use for dough?

Not bad for a first! What was your method?
We bought some dough (pre-made), rolled in out, placed on parchment paper with corn meal and flipped it onto the hot grill. Grilled for about 3-4 minutes and pulled it off, took in inside and topped with ingredients (grilled side up), then put back on the grill for about 7-10 minutes rotating every couple minutes. Let me tell you, I put some hickory and oak with the charcoal and MAN that pizza was good!

Another one finished.

Not bad for a first! What did you use for dough?
Dough was store bought dough balls from a local grocery store (Harris-Teeter).
-
mmmmmm....very nice.

Thanks KG, I saw yours on your other post and said I had to try that. They were delicious and I will definitely be doing this some more! We ate them as they came off the grill.
I think I need to have a Pizza party where everyone makes their own pizza. Have a bunch of toppings in bowls on the counter and cook a bunch of pizza! We sorta did that tonight, but it was just family.

looking good !!!!

Your pizzas look like delicious art!
-
I am going to have to try this looks amazing!
-
Thank y'all, and everyone should try it. I think the key is the dough. We bought pre-made pizza dough balls and they worked GREAT!
We're definitely doing this again!
