Title: Breasts on the blue 18.5 OTG
Post by: Duke on November 19, 2012, 08:20:55 AM
I saw a similar recipe made at the weber site with pork loin and decided to do it with chicken breasts. These were rubbed and then topped with provolone. My wife did the slicing and prepared the plates. The garlic bread made a nice side. Total time was about 30 minutes.

I was hoping for something else when I read the title.  ;)

But those breasts look good too.  So does everything else including that blue...some day I'll have my own.
