Title: Wheel Spacers
Post by: Winz on July 24, 2014, 06:21:52 AM
I have done a few wheel conversions lately.  Typically the aftermarket wheel hubs are 1/2 inch, and the kettle triangle (or performer axle) is 3/8 inch.  To convert, you need a metal spacer (shown below).  While these are not too hard to find, I have 3 extra sets of spacers that I will send to WKC members, first come first serve.  I prefer to send one set per person so 3 members can benefit.  PM me if interested.

I have had some luck at the local hardware store, but lately I have been using http://www.aluminumspacers.com (http://www.aluminumspacers.com)

Great service and an unmatched selection.

Those aren't aluminum, are they?

McMaster Carr is a good place to get them too.
