BBQ Class for Kettles
« on: January 11, 2018, 05:42:23 PM »
I thought I'd offer this again...
I have my next BBQ class scheduled, March 16-17. I cover everything from beginning to end in detail on how to put out killer chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, and prime rib. Pork and brisket will be demo'd both hot and fast and low and slow. I do not cook on kettles. I will likely include cooking on a 22 WSM. This is a BBQ/smoking techniques class. The methods are not specific to one type cooker. It works in WSMs to Jambo stick burners to your oven at home. The cost is $500 but I am willing to take certain kettles (from club members only) for full or partial payment. I will be generous. I can add $ for special kettles.Send the wife and kids to LEGOLAND (local) or Walt Disney World, EPCOT, etc (35 mins). Here's the link to more information: https://wp.me/p6nOPP-AI
On the search for unicorns: Ambassador, Plainsman, Meat Cut, Custom, Blue 18 MBH, Green 18 MBH
