Another One without a cast of thousands, sort of..........

OK, when I sent in this post, called" It's Peaceful at Night" ~~~>

KC Hawg said: "I've never seen you eat with less than a half hundred  Like they say the more the merrier"

So i got to thinkin' ( there's that thinkin' problem again...)
What do I do when it's just me, or me & the pups is how this is gonna go ??

Perfect opportunity as the wife took off for Italy for two weeks ( Must be nice, I wouldn't know ...... )

She's not big on smoked stuff, so we're gonna smoke stuff while she's gone....

I'm thinking that it's the little one's birthday on a Saturday, so we'll do something for that occasion ~~>

After I wrapped up some 'turds & chicken from hell, these
are all the toothpicks I had left ~~>

So it's time to switch to bigger toothpicks, I guess

Tandoori & coconut milk...

Small size tandoori chicken kabobs

Some chix for the pups ~~>

Not payin' attention to those chew bones, are we ???

Let'ssee.... What else...?

Oh yeah, hot fire....

Lunker 'turds...

New type of smoke wood....

Help !!! Crazy wild smoke.....

Which calmed down quickly....

That wine soak stuff burns really hot.... the temp was 350°+

This is 1/2 hr in ...

At 1 hr 15 min it's appetizer party at our house !!!

Offical appetizer platter...

And Round One ~~>

This is the Roxy's "dinner as I knew it" shot w/ Canadian Bacon's cucumbers added in....You guys are the best !!)

And for dessert....

'Turds a'la Mode....
w/ the wife's homemade strawberry jelly

Now, I found out the next AM that the little pup's birthday isn't till a few days later....Soooo there's a part two to all this....

What do YOU do when you're cookin' for just you
(& maybe a dawg or two )?

I love it.....The plate is awesome too......What the heck with those dogs?  not even eating the chew bones?  My doge try to hide them.   I still love the worn out look of those grills.  Completely being used for what they were intended for.

The "Tweety" stuff is dollar store specials...we've got big oval platters too !!
Yeah, they usually hide 'em in the yard, then line up for BBQ.....
The kettles need a good CLEANING, but I have a death fear of losing my seasoning ~~~> 8) :'(

The wife found that on closeout somewhere, just one bag for a buck or two, it was really good....
Checked the people's site & they're a bit disorganized  ??
