How do you set up the fire for it?

Sent from another Galaxy using mental telepathy.

If it breathes, we can cook it!

Hogsy

The same as using the Roti, indirect , 2 baskets either side
If cooking ribs then you could use your smokenator
This things cooks the best roast veggies

Where's the food.....I can't see the food?

I KNOW you do great cookups, but I can't see the food !!

All I can see is that GRAY KETTLE !!!!!!!
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!
"But the ever versatile kettle reigned supreme"

That is very cool setup.  Looks like it makes for some great food on the kettle.
Platinum Performer Kettle (In Blue), OTG (In Blue)
Genesis Gasser (In Blue), Smokey Joe (Uline Lime)
Looking to buy (18.5 blue or brownie and blue lantern)

One Touch Platinum

I love mine! I could watch it go 'round and 'round all day long.....even without food on it! ::)
If it needs to be Heated to be Eated, I can do it on my Weber!

Yep it's an N code, the Ribolator is a lot of fun to use and it has that 'WOW' factor
I think Bob from Ribolator is a member here , I'd love to see some more of his cooks and setup

Hogsy, I love my ribolator too! Did you cook all that stuff at the same time? I would have thought the meat loaf would take longer than the other things. I know one of the big things with the the ribolator is you have to have it balanced pretty carefully. Any problems with that?

Hogsy, did you have to do a mod or did the leg sockets line up for the ash bucket? I would like to do this to my Gray M.

Hogsy

The ash ring is off a 90's MT and the ash can is off a 2005 Performer
So no mod needed

I really like how evenly everything cooked as well as the nice color it adds.
