Cooked up some big head bones that we got @ .99 / #

Rub was garlic powder, jerk rub, CA. chili powder & sumac w/ cherry wood chunks......

Small ends for the wife w/ garlic, Pappy's & BBQ sauce....

Big end....

Cooked 'em 'till the bone wiggled loose.......

Lookin' good Buckie. Those would make a nice snack. How long do they cook for?

Thanks, JC & Mirk & Salad & Gummi.....

The small ends were almost like a grilling.....under an hour.....the bigger sections smoked @240 for another 3 hours............
those spices w/ cherry wood were really good !!!
