Very cool....please keep us updated on these megacooks.  I'm fascinated...Sorry to hear about your Dad.  Maybe cooking on his old kettle for his memorial helped keep you get through those tough days...

Liked that smoke ring on that brisket! I have never done brisket, but want to one day. Thanks for sharing.

For monster smoke ring, use oak......
Although I've yet to taste the elusive smoke ring.... 8)

For monster brisket, the most important thing I've found is KEEP the temp as even as possible all the way thru & do the whole one, not just a flat...... :)
